1984 Press Photo Pelee National Park Ontario marsh

Caption: A rare type of marsh not found in other parts of Canada makes Pelee National Park, Ontario, a mecca for nature lovers. The park was created by the Canadian Government in order to preserve unusual vegetation not found elsewhere. Point Pelee is also on the migration route of many birds and they can be seen by the thousand from the shoreline.
