Caption: Thomas G. Manoff, has been appointed to the newly created position of director of strategic planning and systems development at GM's Saginaw Steering Gear division. Manoff''s responsibilities will include directing the Saginow GM data center. Manoff was resident comptroller of GM Harrison Radiator division of Dayton, Ohio operations. He has been with the company since 1962. A graduate of Miami University of Ohio, Manoff is from Dayton.
