Description
Caption: Joe Madison, NAACP national official, is fuming about a letter from Traffic Court Judge William Hague. Hague opposes Madison?s decision to run for Detroit city clerk, and decided to tell him so. The judge wrote, ??I am going to do everything I can to defeat you.
