Caption: Sculptor George McNulty, letf, discusses his controversial statue "Flight" with Cindy Millburg, her mother and Joe Gorman. Cindy and Joe are among a group of teen-agers who raised $250 to commission teh work and want it displayed by the city at a landscaped traffic island. The Landmarks Commission has ruled against the work, but a city alderman has introduced a bill to overrule the commission.
