Caption: Wayne County Commissioner Milton Mack, an attorney and Democratic Party activist, was named to a Wayne County Probate Court judgeship Tuesday by Gov. James Blanchard. A special election will be held next year to replace Mach, who was reelected only last week to a fifth two-year term as a commissioner representing Flat Rock, Wayne Rommulus, Belleville, Rockwood and Huron, Canton, Sumpter and Van Buren townships.
