Caption: DISCUSS "PLAN" TO KEEP ATHLETICS IN PHILADELPHIA -Roy Mack (right), executive vice president of the Philadelphia Athletics, talks with drug store executive Harry Sylk here today after meeting at which group of local businessmen, led by Sylk and financier Albert N.Greenfield, said they offered the Mack family a "plan" to keep the American League team in Philadelphia. Sylk said "We made a generous offer." Offer now has to be considered by Roy Mack, his brother Earle, and their father Connie Sr.,who own all the club stock.
