Scott McLeod, state department security chief, was advised by a civil service commissioner that he was subject to a law prohibiting federal employes[sic], according to a state department announcement today. McLeod is now on a speaking tour for the Republican National Committee. The department said, however, the civil service authority told McLeod it "had no jurisdiction" in his case.
