Caption: Msgr. J. Francis A. McIntyre (above) was appointed auxiliary bishop of the archdiocese of New York yesterday. The bishop-elect, now 54, went to work in Wall Street when he was 13 and was 29 before he started to study for the priesthood. His consecration probably will be in January.
