Joseph McCarthy feeds the new baby tonight, a few hours after she arrived at the home of the Wisconsin Republican. The McCarthys adopted the baby, five-weeks-old Tierney Elizabeth, and brought her here from New York today. The Senator, proud as any father, announced the new arrival on a nationwide television program and later, for benefit of photographers, demonstrated his ability to handle the bottle feeding.
