Description

Caption: The torch was handed by formed Olympic track champion Hayes Jones to Paul Kaliszewski at the opening of Bay City's annual Junior Olympics. Paul Sprinted proudly away (right) with torch familing. But somehow (bottom) the fire got out of control and out of the torch. Dismayed Paul, Mayor Ralph Camirand and a policeman wonder what to do. It was a cold torch Paul took to the finish.
