Caption: VICE PRESIDENT SPEAKS AT TUFTS COMMENCEMENT - Vice President Lyndon B. Johnson, who received an honorary degree of Doctor of Laws at the 107th annual commencement of Tufts University, was the principal speaker. Johnson said today "we live in a time when our country cannot be devided - not between slave and free or black and white." The Vice President was one of the 13 persons awarded honorary degrees at the exercises at which 1,038 students received their degrees in course.
