Caption: (BP1) St. Louis, Sept. 17--WORLD SERIES ELIGIBLE--Larry Jaster, a 19-year-old left hander who has never thrown a ball in major league competition will be eligible for World Series competition should the St. Louis Cardinals win the National league flag. The young pitcher who was signed out of high school in Midland Michigan, has been playing with Tulsa since May but through a technicality remained on the Cardinal roster.
