Caption: THE AGED SHOULD NOT BE IGNORED-Sen Henry M Jackason Washington, an unannounced contender for the democratic nomination, tells a regional conference of the National Retired Teachers Association and American Association of Retired Persons that too many people have ignored the aging. In his Thursday night address in Washington, Jackson called for prompt Congressional action on new and better methods to help the 20 million Americans over 65.
