Caption: REX INGRAM, 53-year-old Negro stage and film actor, pulls on a pipe as he leaves office of U.S.Commissioner Isaac Platt here today after being arrigned on white slavery charges. FBI agents who arrested Ingram, charged him with bringing a 15-year-old girl from Salina, Kansas , to New York City for immoral purposes. He was held in $2,500 bail for removal to Kansas City.
