Caption: Detroit ad woman Barbara Lytle, president of Media Enterprises, is in a huge huff-She planned to open a tittle boutique-Import ship on Agnes Street next to the Cade Art Gallery In West Indian Village. As she tells it, she had arranged for Installation of carpeting, ordered a canopy for the front window and bought $1,000 worth of inventory. But suddenly, landlord Greg McDuffee, owner of Historic Realty, rented the space to someone else, Barbara acknowledgedthat no formal papers had been signed, but thought they had a verbal agreement."It was my dream, and now I'm depressed." Sooo depressed, in fact, she plans to sue, Greg's side of it?"There was never even a lease of a rent deposit. I told her I was talking to other people. I'm surprised she went ahead with the plans the way she did.".
