Caption: Michael LoshMr. Losh, retired from General Motors Corporation in 2000 after 36 years of service in various capacities, most recently as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President. He served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of Cardinal Health, Inc. from July 2004 until May 2005. He is a director of AMB Property Corporation, AON Corporation, CareFusion Corporation, H.B. Fuller Company and TRW Automotive Holdings Corp. During the past five years, he also served as a Director of Metaldyne Corporation and of Cardinal Health, Inc. prior to the spin-off of CareFusion Corporation.
