Caption: A Walk Around The Grounds -- President Johnson and Henry Cabot Lodge, ambassador - designate to South Vietnam as they took a walk in the White House grounds before a late-evening conference yesterday. Lodge, has agreed to accept a second term in the Vietnam post, replacing Gen. Maxwell D. Taylor who has asked to be relieved. Secretary of Defense Robert S. McNamara and Lodge are scheduled to leave for Saigon tonight for a week's observation of the war there and return to report to President Johnson, who hinted in his news conference yesterday, that an increase in U.S.forces might be necessary.
