Caption: Walter Cornelius Lohman, of Dayton, was indicted today by a federal grand jury at Cincinnati, charging him with falsely swearing in an affidavit filed with the IRS on Dec. 6, 1949 that he was not a Communist. Lohman is representative of local 768 of the Independent United Electrical Workers union, according to the Justice Department.
