Caption: Unionists Indicted--Walter Cornelius Lohman, (Right) and Everst Melvin Hupman (left) were indicted by U.S. grand juries at Cincinnati and Dayton today, accused of falsely denying in affidavits filed with the NLRB, that they were members of the Communist party, or were affiliated with it. Both are presently officers in the Independent United Electrical Workers union in Dayton.
