Caption: (NY10) NEW YORK, March 2--ANOTHER CAGE STAR ARRESTED--Louis Lipman (right), 26-year-old former Long Island University basketball player, leaves the office of District Attorney Frank Hogan here today enroute to the police station where he was booked on a charge of accepting a bribe to "fix" a basketball game in 1949. He became the 13th player or former player to be arrested in the current basketball "fix" scandal. At left is Detective James Canavan.
