Caption: CHICAGO, Dec. 15--NEW CITIZEN GETS JUDICIAL 'HORSEY' RIDE--Most federal judges do not welcome newly-naturalized citizens as informally as this. But Judge Julius Hoffman gave two-year-old Erich Schilpp a "horsey ride" on his foot when the lad appeared to receive court order making him a U.S. citizen in Chicago today. Erich, an orphan who was born in Stuttgart, Germany, was adopted by Mr. and Mrs. Paul Schilpp of suburban Glenview.
