Caption: Hoffa Says Will Appeal--James R. Hoffa, peppery president of the Teamsters Union told newsmen outside Federal Court that he was not guilty of jury-tampering. Federal Judge Frank Wilson sentenced Hoffa today to 8-years in prison and fined him $10,000 for trying to fix a federal jury.
