Caption: DOWN TO EARTHIt's a rare moment when Dr. Albert R. Hibbs finds time to play with his two children, Bart, 2, and Victoria, 4. And the building blocks they're playing with here are much simpler than the intricate satellites work Hibbs does at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory at the California Institute of Technology. Hibbs' family doesn't see him too often these crowded days. When he returns from a long trip to Cape Canaveral, Fla., or Washington, D.C., he usually has to work long hours at the Caltech lab.
