Caption: ADMINISTRATION ATTACKS DENOUNCED?In a letter to President Nixon Tuesday, Interior secretary Malter J. Hickel, right, criticized the administration?s attacks on young dissenters. Within hours after the Hickel letter was made public, Nixon appointee Anthony J. Moffett, center, resigned as director of the Office of Students and Youth. In his letter, Hickel politely suggested that Vice President Spiro T. Agnew, left, be muzzled on the subject of student dissent.
