Caption: Norman Hill Dies--Norman H. Hill, 83, a former journalist who served as secretary to two Detroit mayors, died Monday. He was also manager of the Flint Chamber of Commerce and engaged in public relations work from 1939 to 1950. He then worked with Detroit Mayor Coco until Cobo died in 1957.
