Caption: THIRD OWNER OF CINCINNATI ROYALS IN FOUR DAYS Warren Hensel, wealthy Cincinnati businessman, said tonight he completed an agreement to purchase 56 per cent of stook in the NBA pro basketball Cincinnati Royals from Emprise Corp. of Buffalo, N.Y., but declined any financial details. Emprise had acquired the Royals stook plus 40 per cent of stook in Cincinnati Gardens where they play, in a purchase Friday from trustees of the estate of the late Thomas E. Wood. The Royals are now in Eastern Division playoffs with Boston, and Hensel said he planned no change uptil the season was over.
