The idea of having supporters payto go to dinner in a private home is not new. But other organizations have tried to make things too complicated, by asking people to gather at a separate location for dessert.The league dinners will be selfcontained, on a variety of dates, and all will feature live classicalmusic duos or quartets. Seven dinners or brunches are planned, starting with one on April 30 at the home of Sheila and David Ronis in Rochester, featuring Russian and German cuisine along with violin and piano music.Also on the host list are maestro gunther Herbig and his wife, Juttaof Bloomfield Hills, may 8 with a continental theme, limit eight guests;Dr. Berj and Alice haidostian of Birmingham, may 22 with an Armenian theme, and John and Marlene Boll of Grosse Points Farms, June 23 beside lake st.clair with fresh fruit and champagne.
