Caption: ONE U.S. ATHLETE ACQUITTED, ANOTHER FOUND GUILTY IN AUSTRIA?Mike Hessel, 21, top, of Eugene, Ore., tobogganist on U.S. Winter Olympic team, leaves Innsbruck, Austria court today after being acquitted of charges by Austrian police. Skier Bill Marolt, 20, Aspen, Colo., another member of the U.S. team, is shown at bottom right after he was found guilty of attacking Austrian police and received a 3-month jail sentence which was suspended. He was placed on probation for three years.
