It was their second marriage ceremony. They had already been married for 14 months?according to Mexican law. Haymes said they were wed first at Juarez in January 1965. They could not marry in England previously because Haymes was still waiting for the divorce from his fifth wife, Fran Jeffries, to become absolute. Haymes, born in Argentina, now is a citizen of Ireland.
