Caption: (CD1) AKRON, Ohio, AUGUST 8--$30,000 KISS--Golfer Jerry Heard receives a $30,000 kiss from his wife Nancy after winning the $150,000 American Golf Classic in Akron Sunday. It was the first victory in three years on the PGA for the 24-year-old native of Visalia, Calif, and pushed his earnings for 1971 over the $100,000 mark.
