CAPTION: BOSTON, sept. 29--LOBSTER BUSINESS DROPS 60 PERCENT--Pat Pisielle, foreman for James Hook & Co., lobster dealer, holds two lobsters, part of thousands of others in tanks, background, that stand idle because the recent "red tide" of toxic algae which forced Massachusetts to ban the sale and consumption of shellfish. Lobsters, like fin fish, were not included in the original ban and were said to be perfectly safe for consumption but people are just frightened, lobster dealer Al Hook said. President Nixon has declared the coast a disaster area to help the hard-pressed fishing industry..
