CAPTION: LANSING, Mich., June 6--BLIND STUDENT "LOOKS" AT PAGODA--In the new $570,000 library at the Michigan School for the Blind, Kathy Mitchell has a chance to examine a Chinese pagoda and about 60 other models of famous buildings, including the U.S. Capitol building and the Taj Mahal. The detailed scale models, now valued at about $50,000, were made in the 1930's but until the new library opened, the school had no place to display them..
