CAPTION: Clifton, NJ, March 30 - Admits Killing Palsied Son - Albert J. Sell, 44-year-old tavern and hotel owner, is fingerprinted at police headquarters here today before his arraignment on a charge of murder in the shooting of his five-year-old son, Albert, Jr. He was found yesterday in a parked car with the body of his son, a cerebral palsy victim since birth, in the back seat. Police said Sell told them he shot the boy because he could "not stand to see him suffer any longer.".
