CAPTION: (LA6) SAN CLEMENTE, Calif., May 13 -- SUMMER WHITE HOUSE -- This is the new oceanside California home of President and Mrs. Richard Nixon as it appeared today. The 10-room Spanish-style adobe home at San Clemente, a city of 17,500 half way between Los Angeles and San Diego, is on a bluff overlooking the Pacific. The White House announced yesterday that arrangements for the purchase have been completed, with a sale price of about $340,000 for the 44-year-old house and five acres.
