Caption: 14 --- This permit will save Dr. Wall embarrassment as public opinion bears down on clean-shaven Dexter men this week. About 150 permits were sold to men whose businesses carries them outside of Dexter. They added $150 to the fund to pay the expenses of the celebration. "Kangaroo court" was due for all without beards, but nobody minded. Dexter has plenty of community spirit and everyone seems to be enjoying the all out effort to provide the town's biggest homecoming in history.
