Caption: Boasting that 85 percent of their space is leased, Trappers Alley developers on Tuesday displayed the nearly completed 150,000-square-foot boutique shopping arcade to 350 reporters, tenants and community leaders. And the developers said they hope the Attic Theatre, displaced from its nearby home by a fire last year, will relocate in Trappers Alley when it expands into an adjacent 60,000-square-foot building in eight months."You won't do your back-to-school shopping here," said Melissa Mengden, Trappers Alley leasing representative. "This is a place you'll come to have a good time."The five floors will include a first-floor market with fresh produce and meats. Second-and third-floor boutiques will range from a Benetton sportswear outlet to the Have a Heart store selling doodads with heart motifs. Fourth and fifth floors will sport prepared food booths and restaurants, including two outdoor cafes serving finger foods and wines by the glass."We are 51 days from opening."..
