Caption: Washington, March 24, 1958--UAW attorney terms Senators 'Unfair'--Joseph L. Rauh Jr., left, attorney for the United Auto Workers Union, today from the witness chair of the Senate Rackets Committee accuses three Republican members of the committee of being "unfair" in their investigation of the Kohler Co. strike. Rauh named Sens. Carl Curtis (Neb), Barry Goldwater (Ariz) and Karl Mundt (SD) during a rebuttal to testimony by Lucius P. Chase, Kohler general counsel, who listens at right. Another Kohler lawyer, Lyman Conger, is partly hidden by Rauh.
