Caption: Former actress Lita Grey, who was comedian Charles Chaplin's second wife, appears in court at Los Angeles today with her present husband, banker Pat Pizzolongo, 33. They received court permission to change their surname to Longo. Miss Grey, 54, became Chaplin's second wife when she was 16. They had two sons, and divorced in 1927.
