Caption: Washington, Jan. 3 -- Statue To "Mr. Sam" -- Mrs. Lyndon B. Johnson will make the dedication speech at the unveiling of this bronze statue to Rep. Sam Rayburn, D-Texas, late Speaker of the House, Jan. 6 in Washington. The sculpture by Felix de Weldon is in the main lobby of the new $122 million House Office Building named in honor of Rayburn, who served as Speaker longer than any other.
