Caption: NEW YORK March 19_COMMUNISTS SERVED_Deputy U.S. Marshal Patsy Sabatello, left, serves papers to communist party leaders Gus Hall,center, and Benjamin Davis at Federal Building in New York today suing them for income taxes. In a new suit the government filed against the two men, plus two other party officials and the Community party of the United States, for $381,544.83 in income taxes, plus penalties and interest. The taxes were assessed against the party in 1956 for the tax year 1951.
