Caption: (NY16-April 12) INSPECTION ARMS - Gen. Lyman Lemnitzer, America's top military commander, inspects automatic weapon of an anti-Communist guerrilla fighter in South Viet Nam village of Binh Hung this past weekened. Isolated village is headquarters for a guerrilla force called the "Sea Swallows." Fighters are headed by Rev. Nguyen Lao Hoa, a Roman Catholic priest who had escaped from China when it turned Communist. General Lemitzer flew deep into Communist threatened territy to meet the soldier-priest. (APWirephoto).
