Lyman Lemnitzer, America's top military commander, inspects automatic weapon of an anti-Communist guerrilla fighter in South Viet Nam village of Binh Hung this past weekened. Isolated village is headquarters for a guerrilla force called the "Sea Swallows." Fighters are headed by Rev.
