Caption: Dr. Arthur F. Burns (left), chairman of the Council of Economic Advisors, and Dr. Gabriel Hange (right), President Eisenhower's personal economic advisor, tell newsmen today of their vieit with the President at Fitzsimons Army hospital. They said they reported to him on the excellent state of the national economy and got from him an okay for going ahead with a three-point program to assist local depressed areas that aren't sharing fully in good times.
