Rabe is also the chief medical Officer, retired of the Old Soldiers of Baker Street of the Two Saults and the correspondence of the New Original Dancing Cuckoos of the North, a Laurel and Hardy society. He was founder of the Dancing Cuckoos of Detroit, with Dan Waldron, and of the Detroit Press Club, North. He is editor of Raisen d'Etre, a small journal devoted to the small fruit, and of Boulder, the Avant Gaurd Journal of Stone Skipping. He is a native Detroiter, born in Highland Park, Sept. 12 1921 UPI. Bob Snitzer.
