Caption: Callaway Resigns -- Howard H. 'Bo' Callaway, above, has resigned as President Ford's campaign manager, according to a White House source Tuesday. Callaway had been suspended, at his own request, on March 13 pending investigation of questions raised about his role in promoting a Colorado ski resort he owns. The source said he will be replaced by Roger C.B. Morton.
