Caption: The following appointments involving the General Motors Finance Group, Vauxhall Motors Ltd. And GM's Automotive Components Group Worldwide were announced. GM vice president and treasurer Charles Golden was named Gm vice president and managing director of Vauxhall Motors, based in Luton, England.William Ebbert, who has been managing director of Vauxhall, was named to the new position of president of the Automotive Components Group Asia/Pacific operations, based in Tokyo.
