Caption: On January 10, 1992, at approximately 1:50am, the Defendant, Manolo A Garza and two other Co-Defendants attended a party in the 8000 block of Homer. During the party, an argument took place between the Defendants and several party goers. The Defendant, Manolo A. Garza and his accomplices left the party and returned armed with weapons. They fired several numerous shots that frightened the people inside causing them to run outside. then the Defendants fired several more shots fatally wounding two male Complainants and critically wounding two others.
