Caption: Herbert Tabor at Mackenzie High. Before Tabor came to Mackenzie, its dirty halls were the scene of frequent brawls between students. The halls are cleaner now , and the atmosphere a more placid. And Tabor has been promoted. he's leaving Mackenzie in August.
