Caption: STAGG'S WIPE WITH HIS TROPHIES -- Mrs. Stella Stagg, wife of Amos Alonzo Stagg, looks over trophies gathered through the years by her husband at their cottage in Stockton, Calif. Stagg is presently confined to a rest home with a knee injury suffered earlier this year. He will be 100 on August 16. On the wall are two certificates which honor him as a Football hall of Fame member both as a player and as a coach. Included among other trophies are 15 baseballs from victories Stagg pitched for Yale.
