Caption: (BACK Article) Martin Szymanski has been appointed general counsel at CDI Transportation Group, Warren, where he will direct the firms legal activities including acquisitions, contracts, benefits, human resources, real estate, and commercial and general litigation. Szymanski previously worked for Stroh Brewery Co in positions including corporate attorney, senior attorney and assistant general counsel since 1983. Before that he was assistant general counsel for Fruehauf Corp.
