Caption: Ethnic Festival at Hart Plaza--Dancing At The Hoedown--Darrel Nelson and Judy Travis dance Sunday in Hart Plaza at the sixth annual Budweiser Downtown Hoedown. Being in earshot of the music seemed to take precedence over seeing the performers, as county music fans moved through the crowd sporting feathered cowboy hats and the season's first sunburns. The hoedown, which was expected to draw 850,000 people, ended Sunday night.
